In West Bengal, stage is set for fifth phase of assembly elections in 38 seats spreading over parts of West Midnapur, Bankura, Purulia and Burdwan tomorrow. The arrangements for holding the elections have been competed. The poll personnel have already reached to their destinations. Over 74 lakh 700 voters will decide the political fate of 193 candidates .More than 9400 polling booths have been set up in four districts. Two Generals, 7 Expenditure and four Police observers are constantly monitoring the poll process. The state Chief Electoral Officer Mr.Sunil Gupta told that unprecedented security arrangements have been made to ensure free and fair voting.
