In Bihar, campaigning for the fourth phase of Assembly elections and Banka Parliamentary constituency will end this evening. Fourty two Assembly constituencies will go to the polls in this phase on Monday. By-election to Banka parliamentary constituency was necessitated by the death of sitting MP Digvijay Singh on the 24th June this year. AIR correspondent reports that stalwarts of different political parties are making last ditched effort to woo voters.Meanwhile, repolling has begun at four booths in each in Sugauli and Kalyanpur constituencies in East Champaran district, Baniyapur in Saran and Patepur in Vaishali district.Polling will continue till 5 pm while in Patepur it will end at 3 pm. The Election Commission has ordered repolling at five booths. Repolling at one booth at Mahnar assembly constituency will be held on Sunday.
