The stage is set for the 4th phase of Assembly Elections in West Bengal. The voting will take place in 63 seats covering East Midnapore, Hooghly, Howrah and parts of Burdwan districts tomorrow. The arrangements for conducting the election have been completed. The polling personnel have already reached their destination. The State Chief Electoral Officer, Mr. Sunil Gupta said in Kolkata this afternoon that strong security arrangements have been made to ensure free and fair voting. Our Kolkata Correspondent reports that over one crore 26 lakh voters will decide the fate of 366 candidates. Altogether 15 thousand 711 polling booths have been set up in four districts. Besides, one Special Observer, 42 General and four Police Observers are constantly monitoring the poll process.
