In Jharkhand all arrangements have been completed for the second phase of elections to be held tomorrow. In this phase 14 of the remaining 55 constituencies will go to polls. Most of the constituencies are in the naxal infested areas. Polling will start at 7 in the morning and will continue upto 3 p.m. Polling parties have now started to reach their polling booths. All together 259 candidates are in the fray which includes 15 female candidates. The Election Commission has appointed 09 observers and 450 micro observers to ensure free and fair polls. Over 17 thousand polling staffs have been engaged for polling days. 4315 polling stations have been made. Joint Chief Electoral officer of Jharkhand A. K. Sinha told AIR that elaborate arrangements have been made for smooth polling.<br/><br/>
