In Jammu and Kashmir, the Srinagar -Leh national highway connecting Ladakh region with the Kashmir valley has been closed for traffic today due to heavy snow fall from morning to evening in Kargil district and the Zojila pass. Our correspondent reports that it is the major snowfall of the winter season in Kargil.
