The Srinagar-Jammu national high way remained closed for the second consecutive day as snowfall and heavy rain threw life out of gear across the Kashmir valley. Four feet deep snow have accumulated on Banihal area near Jawahar tunnel. The Border Road Organisation is busy in making efforts to reopen the highway. More details are awaited.
