In Srinagar, an international cycle event "Tour de India" is underway on the banks of world famous Dal lake. Nearly 140 athletes are participating in the event which is being held in Kashmir valley for the first time. The state Chief Minister and the Sports Minister flagged off these cyclists at Royal Spring Golf Course. The event will conclude by afternoon today.
