The Srikrishna Committee that was set up by the centre to study the situation in Andhra Pradesh on statehood issue has arrived in Hyderabad on a two-day visit. Committee Chairman Justice Srikrishna has arrived in the city in the evening while the members have reached in the morning.<br/><br/>The committee is planning to obtain information related to administrative aspects from the Government during its maiden visit to Hyderabad. Besides state Governor, the members will meet the Chief Minister and the Chief Secretary of the Government.<br/><br/>Meanwhile, elaborate security arrangements have been made near the Guest House where the members are staying. The police have taken into custody the advocates and activists of Telangana Joint Action Committee, who staged protests against SriKrishna Committee near the International Airport and at the Guest house in Hyderabad.<br/>
