India's K. Srikanth has entered the Men's Singles semi-finals of the Thailand Grand Prix Gold badminton tournament. In Bangkok on Friday, the 13th seeded player beat Won Ho Son of Korea in straight games to enter the last four stage.However, defending Women's Singles champion Saina Nehwal bowed out of the competition. She lost to Singapore's Juan Gu in the quarterfinals in three games 21-13, 12-21 18-21.This was Saina's first defeat to the Singaporean in six encounters.
