Sri Lankan President Mahinda Rajapaksa is arriving on a three-day visit to India tomorrow. He will meet with his counterpart Pratibha Devi Singh Patil and the Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh. Rajapaksa's visit comes as Sri Lanka has been looking to expedite rehabilitation and reconstruction work in the north of the island nation. The visit comes amid growing concern in Sri Lanka over a proposed Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA) between the two neighbours. India has a contract to rebuild the damaged railway network in the north and improve runways in the northern air base. New Delhi is also working on a coal power project in the northeast of Sri Lanka.<br/>
