In Sri Lanka, charges against Sarath Fonseka, who unsuccessfully contest the Presidential election, will be filed within the next two days.Army spokesman Major General Prasad Samarasinghe said this will be done in compliance with the provisions of the army act before a court martial. He said Sarath Fonseka has become an offender for more than five charges under the Army ordinance. Thirty-five persons have given evidence against Sarath Fonseka, including 22 Army officers.
