A seven-judge bench is expected to rule by next weekend on President proclamation to dissolve parliament and hold early elections.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Meanwhile, another meeting of United National Front (UNF) with President is likely to be held this evening.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The UNF has officially informed President Maithripala Sirisena that the party has unanimously nominated leader Ranil Wickremesinghe for the position of Prime Minister. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">However, the president has asserted several times that he will not appoint Mr. Wickremsinghe again.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">In an interview to a local daily, President said the proper solution to the crisis will be to go for a general election immediately.</span><br />'' <br />'' &nbsp;
