In Sri Lanka, leader of Janatha Vimukthi Peramuna (JVP) Anura Kumara Dissanayake has announced to contest the upcoming Presidential election. The JVP leader was named as a candidate at a rally of National people's power led by JVP and held at Galle Face in Colombo today.
