Sri Lanka 50/2 against India at stumps on day 2

In the second Cricket Test at Colombo, replying to India's huge first innings score of 622 for nine declared, Sri Lanka were 50 for two in 20 overs, at stumps on Day Two today. Kusal Mendis on 16 and skipper Dinesh Chandimal on 8 were at the crease. The batsmen out were Dimuth Karunaratne for 25 and Upul Tharanga for no score.India had resumed the day at their overnight score of 344 for 3. Cheteshwar Pujara was out for 133, while Ajinkya Rahane made 132. Ravindra Jadeja remained unbeaten on 70.India are leading the three-Test series One-Nil after winning the first match played at Galle by 304 runs.
