Following the naxal attack in Narayanpur district in Chhattisgarh on the 29th of this month, senior officials of the state police as well as the CRPF today visited the site of the shoot out in which 27 CRPF jawans were killed. <br/><br/>Later they held a meeting in Jagdalpur, district head quarters of Bastar which was attended, among others, by Mr. Vikram Srivastav, DG CRPF. <br/><br/>Though the media was kept out of the details of the meeting, it is understood that issues such as better utilization of intelligence inputs and effective coordination between the CRPF and the state police were discussed.<br/><br/>Meanwhile, naxalites killed a villager suspecting him to be a police informer last night in the Dantewada district . Police has recovered the body of the victim from the Pushwada ghat under the Chitagufa police station area. <br/><br/>On the other hand another villager died when a pressure bomb went off near Dhabba village under the naxal affected Manpur police station area of the Rajnandgaon district today.
