The Union Cabinet today aproved the proposal of forming 100 per cent owned Special Purpose Vehicle, SPV, for execution of Lakhnadone-Ghansore Road Project on Build, Operate and Transfer (BOT) basis. The proposal of the Department of Telecommunications envisagesinvesting in equity upto 35 per cent amounting to 23.11 crore rupees of the project cost from the internal resources of the Telecommunications Consultants India Limitted, TCIL. A premier telecommunications consultancy and engineering company,TCIL is engagedin Telecom projects in India and abroad, directly or through its Joint venture companies and subsidiaries.
