Government says the spurt in infiltration in the LoC in Jammu and Kashmir is not helping the bi-lateral relationship between India and Pakistan. Talking to reporters on the sidelines of a function in New Delhi, Minister of State for Defence, Mr Pallam Raju said the government and the establishments in Pakistan should take effective measures to contain this. Mr Raju said as the snow recedes, infiltration increases which are unfortunate.
