Enthused by exit poll forecasts of a stable BJP-led government at the center, the domestic stock markets scaled fresh record highs for the third straight day, today.The Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange spurted 320 points, or 1.4 percent, to a fresh lifetime closing high of 23,871. During the session, the Sensex had crossed the 24,000-level, to 24,069. Similarly, the Nifty at the National Stock Exchange jumped 95 points, to a record, closing peak of 7,109, after earlier touching a lifetime high of 7,172.
