The Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports has approved the proposals of Target Olympic Podium Scheme shooters Ganemat Sekhon and Gurjoat Singh to train in Italy. India's top-ranked Women's Skeet shooter Sekhon will be trained under coach Piero Genga for 11 days in Bari, while Singh will be trained under coach Ennio Falco in Capua for 10 days. Both shooters are preparing for the upcoming ISSF World Championship and Asian Games scheduled for later this year.
