Minister of State for Sports, independent charge, Col Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore has urged the sportsmen to constantly learn from others in order to keep on improving upon their performance. <br/><br/>Speaking at a function at Hotwar Sports Complex of Ranchi, he said that sports people should never fear failures and instead they should maintain their focus on improving upon their performance, which is huge challenge in itself. He appreciated the facilities of the Hotwar sports complex and promised all possible helps to further enhance it.<br/><br/>Minister for State of Finance, Jayant Sinha said that he is delighted to visit this sports complex for the first time and express hope that people of the centre will do well in sports.<br/><br/>
