Sports Minister Col Rajyavardhan Rathore has congratulated Hriday Hazarika who won Gold Medal in the 10m Air Rifle Junior Men's event in the ISSF Shooting World Championships. 

In a tweet, the Minister wished him a brilliant future ahead.
