Sports Minister Anurag Thakur has congratulated Shaili Singh on winning the Silver medal at World Athletics Under-20 Championships, Nairobi. In a tweet, Mr. Thakur said, a personal best, she registered a jump of 6.59 metres in the long jump event final. He said, Shaili trains under Robert Bobby, the husband of Indian veteran Anju Bobby George, at the Sports Authority of India National Centres of Excellence, Bangalore.
