Youth Affairs and Sports Minister Anurag Thakur has congratulated javelin thrower Sumit Antil and discus thrower Yogesh Kathuniya for creating New World Records at the 4th Indian Open National ParaAthletics Championships 2022.

In a tweet, the Minister also exuded pride at Antim Panghal, a Khelo India medalist, who scripted history as the first Indian woman to win a gold at the U20 World Wrestling Championship. He said it is also India's best-ever performance at the event with 14 medals.
