<span style="color: #222222;">Sporadic rains with heavy wind lashed Puducherry from today morning onwards, since the cyclone NIVAR over southwest Bay of Bengal moved westwards with a speed of 6 km per hour and lay centred about 320 km southwest of Puducherry.
