Mission Yuva Swasthya, a special vaccination drive for college students in the age group of 18 to 25 years began in Maharastra today. Maharashtra Government had announced this drive for the college students and teaching and non-teaching staff of the colleges in the state in order to provide the most important safety cover against COVID-19 after the colleges resumed their activities from 20th of October. <br />''<br />''The State Government had issued the guidelines for reopening the colleges and said that only those students and teaching and non-teaching staff will be allowed to attend the colleges who have been inoculated with the COVID-19 vaccine. Health Minister Rajesh Tope had underlined the need for COVID vaccines for college students and made the announcement of this week-long drive to inoculate the stakeholders in the college itself. Eligible students who were not able to attend the colleges just because they were not inoculated have been given the opportunity to get the vaccine with this initiative. <br />''<br />''<br />
