The North-East Frontier Railway will run a special train today at 1.15 pm from Guwahati to Bengaluru for the people of the region, who have returned home from other states in the wake of recent fake SMS threat.Official sources said that adequate security arrangements have been made for the safe journey of the passengers' en-route to Bengaluru.
