The State Special Operation Cell arrested five terrorists and seized weapons including two AK-47 assault rifles and 420 cartridges.The accused are Kulwant Singh, Gurmukh Singh, Jagtar Singh, Darshan Singh Dhadi and one Pal Singh, French national. The police claimed that the accused have connection with outfit named Babbar Khalsa International (BKI).
