<span style="color: #222222;">Mumbai's Special NDPS (Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances) Court has rejected the bail applications of Aryan Khan and two other alleged accused in the Cordelia Cruise drugs seizure case. Special Judge V V Patil rejected the bail pleas of Aryan Khan, his friend Arbaaz Merchant and model Munmun Dhamecha. The trio was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau on 3rd October for alleged possession, consumption, purchase and trafficking of drugs.<br />''<br />''In his order, Special Judge V V Patil noted that prima facie, WhatsApp chats reveal that Aryan Khan was dealing in illicit drug activities on a regular basis. Stating that even though there is no criminal antecedent, the court said there was no guarantee that Khan will not indulge in similar offence while out on bail. Besides agreeing with NCB that Khan might tamper with evidence, the court also said that the star kid was aware that his friend, Arbaaz Merchant, was in possession of drugs and both were allegedly going to consume it during the cruise. Rejecting bail, the court said releasing the trio may hamper investigation. </span>
