In Haryana, a seven-member Special Investigation Team headed by State Police IG Shatrujit Kapoor has been set up to examine the fresh cases registered against the former Haryana DGP S.P.S.Rathore. The team has been set up by the State government on complaints of Ruchika`s father Subash Chander Girhotra and her brother Ashu. The team includes two lady Police Officers. <br/><br/>The Panchkula court on Wednesday issued a notice to Haryana Government on bail petition of Rathore asking the reply to be filed by Friday. In the morning, Panchkula court has refused to grant interim bail to Rathore in the wake of fresh FIR`S registered against him. The court had said that the bail cannot be granted without examining the case-file and issued notice to Haryana Government fixing the next hearing on Friday.
