In Telangana, devotion and religious rituals marked the day as the Pran Prathishta of Ram Lala temple in Ayodhya took place today. Special devotional programmes are being held across the state, where almost every area has a Temple for lord Rama. Akashvani correspondent says chanting of Ram Nam has become the order of the day in the state, where lord Rama along with his consort Sita is believed to have spent some time during his exile.<br />''<br />''The air over Telangana state is filled with Ram Nam and is resounding with the prize of his attributes. People of Telangana have an inseparable connection with Lord Rama and Ramayana. Lord Rama along with Lakshmana and Sita spent time at Parnashala, where Sita was believed to be abducted by Ravana. The famous Sri Sita Ramachandra Swamy Temple at Bhadrachalam in Bhadradri Kothagudem district wore a festive look with many spiritual events lined up. Lord Rama has been offered golden flowers and a Rath Yatra has been undertaken on a traditional chariot amidst Vedic Chanting, Mangal Dhvani, and traditional Kirtanas. People thronged several places that are historically and spiritually connected to lord Rama across the state. Even in cities like Hyderabad, saffron flags were paraded with slogans of Jai Shri Ram and hoardings depicting the Ram Temple of Ayodhya in almost all public places. There is no need for special mention that most of the people are spiritually connected to Lord Rama through special prayers and rituals as the Pran Prathishta is happening in Ayodhya.<br />
