The Special Court has granted permission to the CBI to interrogate former Gujarat Minister Amit Shah in judicial custody from 28th to 30th July between 9 am to 5 pm. The interrogation will be audio and video-taped.AIR Correspondent reports that Shah has moved his bail application in special CBI court in Ahmedabad. Meanwhile, two senior police officers have agreed to help CBI in Sohrabuddin Shaikh fake encounter, which may add to the woes to Amit Shah. Former Deputy Superintendent of Police N K Amin who is a co-accused in the case has agreed to become approver for CBI. Similarly, former Additional DGP GC Raigar also agreed to become CBI witness after his meeting with investigating agency on Monday. Raigar was handling the probe before CBI took over the case from Gujarat CID. Information of these both police officers may prove dangerous to nail former minister of state for home Amit shah.Lawyers of NK Amin have moved an application in the CBI court seeking pardon for him and for shifting to another jail for security reasons.
