In Uttar Pradesh a special Central Bureau of Investigation CBI court at Ghaziabad on Tuesday rejected bail plea of Moninder Singh Pandher in one of the two cases of murder of two girls in the sensational Nithari serial killings. The court has reserved its judgment for one remaining case. Pandher is prime accused of the cases. Pandher's bail was rejected by the same court three days ago in the murder cases of three other girls.AIR Lucknow correspondent reports that judicial Magistrate of court Shyam Lal pronounced his judgment this afternoon. He had reserved his judgment yesterday after hearing arguments from both the side prosecution and defense. During the hearing on bail application the CBI had produced two police personnel from UP Police as witnesses who had collected the bones and chopped organs of children from Pandher's house in Nithari in 2006 when the case came to light. ‘Pandher is lodged at Dasna prison in Ghaziabad since December, 2006 and for the first time; he had filed his bail applications in five cases, presently under trial, at the Ghaziabad CBI court.
