The CBI had earlier informed the court that they needed to confront Michel with some documents and witnesses, and take him to Mumbai too. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Michel is one of the three middlemen being probed in the VVIP chopper case by the ED and the CBI.
