A convict in the sensational Nithari killings case Surinder Koli, was on Wednesday sentenced to death for raping and murdering seven-year-old girl Arti. A special CBI court in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh awarded the death sentence to 38-year-old Koli, a domestic help of businessman and accused Moninder Singh Pandher.<br/>Koli was handed down the capital punishment under Section 302 of murder along with life imprisonment under Section 364 for kidnapping or abducting in order to murder. AIR correspondent reports that Koli was also slapped a fine of 3,000 rupees. <br/>
