Special camps to redress grievances of people in Chattisgarh

The Chhattisgarh Government has asked all the 168 municipal units in the state to organize special camps from today to redress the grievances of the people. The 15 days long grievance redressal fora will have more than 3000 wards and its inhabitants across the state to provide on the spot solution to their problems. These include issues related to Old age pension, Social Security measures, ration cards, water supply, drainage system, birth and death certificate and self-employment.The Chief Minister Dr. Raman Singh has appealed to the people in the state to take full advantage of these special camps. These camps are being organized as a prelude to the week long ‘Nagar Suraj Abhiyan’ proposed in December this year.
