Chief Election Commissioner, Nasim Zaidi has said that special attention is being paid to curb malpractices in the Assembly elections in Bihar. <br/><br/>In an exclusive interview to AIR, he said that the Election Commission has made elaborate arrangements for a smooth conduct of the elections. Mr. Zaidi appealed to the voters in Bihar to exercise their franchise without any fear.
