Jammu & Kashmir Government with the support of ministry of Defence has made special arrangements for clearing stranded passengers of Kargil both at Srinagar & Kargil through air force planes. There will be three sarties of these planes between Srinagar & Leh tomorrow. District administration of Kargil will ferry the stranded people to Leh in buses from Leh to Kargil.<br/><br/>
