Lok Sabha Speaker Sumitra Mahajan has warned Samajwadi Party MP Akshay Yadav for his conduct which is in violation of procedure of the House. Mr Yadav had torn a piece of paper during Question Hour in the House. When the House reassembled at the noon after first adjournment, Mrs Mahajan expressed grave concern over Mr Yadav's conduct and asked him to refrain from doing so in future.
