Congress has said the Samajwadi party and Bahujan Samaj Party did not give good governance to the people of Uttar Pradesh during their respective rule in the state. Replying to a media query, senior party leader Ghulam Nabi Azad said in New Delhi that both the parties played religion and caste cards to gain votes. Mr Azad said Congress' main agenda is development of the State as well as empowering the people.
