Rabi crops have been sown in over six crore 37 lakh hectares till date which is more than 37 lakh hectares during the corresponding period last year. Data released by the Agriculture Ministry said, wheat has been sown in over three crore 15 lakh hectare which is about 23 lakh hectare more than last year.<br/><br/>Over one crore 59 lakh hectare area has been covered under the cultivation of pulses which is around 16 lakh hectare more under the crop last year. The coarse cereals have been sown in over 56 lakh hectare, Oilseeds in 83 lakh hectare.

Rabi crops have been sown in over five crore 82 lakh hectares till date which is more than 37 lakh hectares during the corresponding period last year.<br/><br/>Data released by the Agriculture Ministry said, wheat has been sown in over two crore 92 lakh hectare which is about 21 lakh hectare more than last year. <br/><br/>Over one crore 48 lakh hectare area has been covered under the cultivation of pulses which is around 17 lakh hectare more under the crop last year. The coarse cereals have been sown in over 52 lakh hectare, Oilseeds in 79 lakh hectare.
