Rabi crops sowing has crossed 541 lakh hectare in the country. As per reports received from the States, the total area sown under various rabi crops stood at 541.12 lakh hectares till today.<br/><br/>Wheat has been sown in 271.46 lakh hectares, pulses in 128.24 lakh and coarse cereals in 55.19 lakh hectares. Area sown under oilseeds was 71.47 lakh hectares and rice 14.77 lakh hectares.
