India Meteorological Department has said that the Southwest Monsoon has withdrawn from entire Punjab, Chandigarh and Delhi. Talking to AIR News, IMD scientist Dr. RK Jenamani said monsoon has further withdrawn from some parts of Jammu &amp; Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, West Uttar Pradesh, Haryana and Rajasthan.<br />”<br />”<br />
