The southwest monsoon is vigorous over Rajasthan and Gujarat state and active over Madhya Pradesh, West Bengal and Odisha. Heavy to very heavy rainfall occurred at a few places over Gujarat region and at isolated places over Saurashtra and Kutch, Rajasthan, Konkan and Goa. Met office has predicted heavy to very heavy rainfall today over Gujarat region. <br/><br/>Sea conditions would be rough to very rough over North Bay of Bengal. Squally winds reaching 4555 kilometre per hour would prevail along and off West Bengal and North Odisha. Fishermen have been advised not to venture in to the sea.
