Southwest Monsoon further advances into some more parts of country

The Southwest Monsoon has further advanced into some more parts of West Madhya Pradesh, most parts of East Madhya Pradesh and some more parts of East Uttar Pradesh. Ministry of Earth Sciences in a statement said that scattered heavy to very heavy falls and isolated extremely heavy falls over Konkan and Goa and isolated heavy to very heavy falls over Madhya Maharashtra is expected during next two days.<br />'' <br />''The rainfall intensity over East India is also likely to increase and isolated heavy to very rainfall is expected over the region upto 19th of this month. It said, isolated heavy to very heavy rainfall is also likely over Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim during next five days. <br />''<br />''<span style="color: #222222;">It said, widespread rainfall with isolated heavy falls is likely to continue over Assam, Meghalaya, Tripura and  Mizoram during next 5 days with isolated heavy to very heavy falls over west Assam and  Meghalaya during next three days. A Low Pressure Area is likely to form over north Bay of Bengal and neighbourhood around 19th of June.</span><br />

The southwest monsoon has further advanced into some more parts of Madhya Maharashtra, most parts of Marathwada and Vidarbha, some more parts of Chhattisgarh and remaining parts of Odisha and West Bengal. It has also advanced into most parts of Jharkhand and some parts of Bihar.<br />''   <br />''The conditions are becoming favourable for further advance of southwest monsoon into remaining parts of Central Arabian Sea, some parts of North Arabian Sea, remaining parts of Maharashtra including Mumbai, some more parts of Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand and Bihar and some parts of South Gujarat and South Madhya Pradesh during the next 24 hours. <br />'' <br />''<span style="color: #222222;">India Meteorological Department has forecasted that isolated heat wave condition is likely over west Rajasthan during the next 4 to 5 days. No significant change in maximum temperatures likely over most parts of the country during next 3 days.</span><br />
