All districts excluding Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, Pathanamthitta and Palakkad are under yellow . The Disaster Management Authority has warned of gusty winds at a speed of 40-50 km. Fishermen in Kerala coast have been advised not to venture into the sea.</span><br />
