The child was airlifted to Kochi by a naval Dornier of INS Garuda in challenging conditions due to the monsoon.</p>''<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;"> </p>''<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;">The patient has been admitted to a civil hospital in Kochi and is recovering. The evacuation was carried out following a request from the Lakshadweep Administration.
