South Africa beat India by six wickets in 2nd T20

In Men's Cricket, South Africa beat India by six wickets in the second Twenty20 international at Centurion to level the three-match series 1-1.  

The hosts achieved the target of 189 runs with eight balls to spare. Heinrich Klaasen made 69 runs and JP Duminy remained not out on 64. Jaydev Unadkat claimed two wickets for India while Shardul Thakur and Hardik Pandya took a wicket each.

Earlier, Put into bat, India scored 188 for four in stipulated 20 overs.

For Visitors, Manish Pandey remained unbeaten on 79, while Mahendra Singh Dhoni was unconquered on 52. 

In Women's Cricket, the fourth Twenty20 encounter between the India and South Africa at Centurion was called off due to rain.  Before rain interrupted play, South Africa had scored 130 for 3 in 15.3 overs. Lizelle Lee and skipper Dane van Niekerk scored half-centuries for South Africa. For India, Deepti Sharma claimed two wickets and Poonam Yadav one. Incidentally, it was the first abandoned game for India in T20 history. 

Indian women have won the ODI series comprehensively and are also leading the T20 series 2-1. The fifth and last T20 match of the series will be played at Captetown on Saturday.
