India's Sourabh Verma will today play in the semi-finals of the Malaysian Open Grand Prix Gold Badminton tournament at Johor Bahru. He will clash with the second placed Wei Feng Chong of Malaysia. In the quarterfinals Friday, eighth seed Sourabh stunned third seed Tien Chen Chou, 22-20, 18-21, 21-15. Sourabh is the lone Indian left in the tournament.On Friday, PC Thulasi, RMV Gurusaidutt, and Indian shutters in the Men's and Mixed Doubles made an exit.Top Indian shutters, Sania Nehwal, PV Sindhu and P. Kashyap did not take part in the competition.
