India's Sourabh Verma has entered the finals of the Men's Singles in the Malaysian Grand Prix Gold badminton tournament. At Pasir Gudang in Johor Bahru today, Sourabh received a walkover in the semi-final when his opponent Chong Wei Feng of Malaysia conceded the match due to back injury. Sourabh, the only Indian left in the competition, will now take on Simon Santoso of Indonesia in the final tomorrow. In his semi-final, Simon overcame a stiff challenge from Thailand's Thammasin Sitthikom 21-12 19-21 21-18 to seal a spot in the summit clash.
