<br/>Jharkhand Chief Minister Shibu Soren on Thursday met the Home Minister P. Chidambaram in New Delhi to discuss the Maoist problem in the state.<br/><br/>According to official sources, Mr. Chidambaram has called Mr. Soren for talks on the Maoist menace and the proposed Green Hunt operation in Jharkhand.<br/><br/>Last week, Mr. Soren, said he was not opposed to the anti-Maoist operation in the state but has also asked the rebels to come forward for a dialogue. He was accompanied by his two deputy chief ministers Mr Raghuvar Das and Sudesh Mahto and other senior officals of the state during his meeting with the Home minister.
